FLYING TOGETHER
Posted Friday February 4, 2011

If you’ve ever seen birds flying together in a “V” formation, you’ve witnessed a team at work. As each bird flaps its wings, it uplifts the birds flying behind. By flying in a "V" formation, the whole flock is able to travel faster with less effort than if they were going it alone.

This same principle is at work in Life Force’s Team Challenge. People who share a common direction and a sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.

Take a look at this video to learn more:

Posted Friday January 7, 2011

Think of your biggest, most audacious goal. You know the one. The dream that’s so bold that when you accomplish it, your life will never be the same. Now, that you’ve got “the big one” in mind, commit to realizing it this year.

SPRING CLEANING FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Posted Wednesday May 26, 2010

A weekend of carpet cleaning, grout scrubbing and closet organizing awaits me. I’ve been procrastinating for weeks now, but it can’t be put it off any longer. So, this weekend I plan to do some major spring cleaning at my house.

Spring is a great time to reorganize both your home and your business. Pump new life into your business by getting rid of clutter, revisiting your purpose and adding new skills.

CHOOSE TO LOVE WHAT YOU DO
Posted Wednesday March 3, 2010

Do you love what you do - striving to succeed because it will make a better life for you and your family?

The average person will spend 97,464 hours working during their lifetime. That adds up to just over 11 years of uninterrupted quality time spent on the J-O-B. If you also factor in the amount of time spent sleeping, eating and doing other daily activities, there isn't much time left over for the good stuff -- like family, friends and relaxation.

RECOMMIT! YOU DESERVE IT.
Posted Tuesday February 23, 2010

A couple of months ago, we asked our Facebook fans to share what they wanted to achieve with Life Force in 2010. Here are some of the goals Members and Customers are reaching for this year:
  • Help others be all they want to be
  • Pay for convention in cash
  • Reach Platinum by convention
  • Help 10 new people achieve financial independence
  • Call all the people on my "chicken” list
  • Find my second Platinum leg and become Diamond by convention
  • Achieve consistent daily action
  • Love share our way into more family time and less full-time, clock-punching employment
These are some fantastic goals! Unfortunately, sometimes human nature works against us making it hard to stay motivated and keep the dream in sight.

I recently read that four out of five people who make New Year's Resolutions will break them. In fact, most people don't even make it through February before breaking their resolutions. How are you doing on your goals for the new year?

TAKING THE LEAP
Posted Tuesday January 26, 2010

Do you ever wonder where preparation ends and action begins? I think about it all the time. I plan, I make prioritized lists (I even color code them) and I set measurable goals. So, when it's time act, I should be uber-prepared, right? Well, the short answer is yes.

But there is one little element that plays an important part in making the leap between preparation and action - and that's faith. While it may be safer inside the protective bubble of familiarity, you will never find the greatest rewards there. Real success is found by trusting yourself and taking a leap to build a business you can be proud of.

CHOOSE YOUR OWN REWARDS
Posted Tuesday January 19, 2010

A recent report shows that companies have slashed salary budgets again for 2010. This comes as no surprise to most, yet year after year, scores of people continue to work hard all year long in hopes of receiving a well-deserved salary increase at review time, only to be disappointed.

Stay late, go in early, increase efficiency - it doesn't matter. Sell more widgets than anyone, anywhere, ever - it's now expected in order to hang onto your job. The bottom line is that performance may not matter as much during a year where companies are remaining fiscally cautious. Unless you are revolutionizing your industry in 2010, your potential for salary increase is around three percent. Your reward has already been chosen for you.

RAISING A GLASS TO THE NEW YEAR
Posted Monday January 4, 2010

For the past few weeks I've been rushed and stressed and counting the days until I could get my life back on track. The treadmill of shopping-working-entertaining had been cycling underneath me for weeks. I kept reminding myself that things would settle down after the holidays, but needless to say I hadn't made the time to take a real good look at 2010.

And then, BAM! January 1st arrives and a brand new year is spread out before me like a shining beacon of opportunity. The potential for re-organization, brand new goals and a fresh start is finally at my fingertips!
