| FOUNDER'S MESSAGE |
We would like to extend our wishes to all of our Life Force Members and Customers for a wonderful New Year filled with love, happiness and peace. As we begin each new year it is customary for so many to reflect upon the past year that we are leaving behind, and look back at the successes we have achieved and the lessons learned from experiences we have had throughout the year. We take this knowledge and apply it to the hopes and dreams we now have for 2010. We come into each year knowing that we have become a little wiser, a little stronger, and a little more prepared to do the things necessary to help us to bring our current dreams to reality.
We are very excited about 2010 and as the year progresses you will see why. We have more exciting things in our plans for this year than ever before. All of these are being put into place to create a company that is looked upon as offering the most lucrative business opportunity in the industry and a company that offers the highest quality of unique products available.
We are incredibly proud of the fact that as we enter our 26th year, and as we look back to that kitchen table and the little garage office, we see what honesty, integrity and a whole lot of bumps in the road that have been smoothed over have created. We are proud of Life Force and of each of you who have been a link in the chain of our success. You have played an integral part in bringing Life Force to where we are today and to the exciting future that we foresee. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your loyalty and commitment and to reaching out and changing the lives of so many.
The dream we envisioned so many years ago has come true, and how do we really say thank you for that? Words certainly aren't enough. Our goal as a company, which includes our complete staff from each and every department, is to give our Members all of the support, tools and training needed along with our continued promise of products that can be shared with complete confidence. And to our Customers, we thank you for your loyalty which is seen by the consistent ordering of our products. This gives us the knowledge that you are receiving the benefit from them that you are looking for. Customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business because without it that door to success cannot be opened.
In closing, we are excited to enter 2010 and we are excited to have you as our partner - reaching out and changing lives together.
